The first essential to successfully playing my part in the supply chain, is to ensure that what you buy will meet your needs and will be delivered to you on time. I will understand your technical requirements, and should be able to quickly answer most of the technical or commercial queries you raise, if not I will know where to get an answer. When it is time to consider placing an order, you will get a quotation direct from the manufacturer, or via my organisation, everything will be totally transparent to all parties. Our territory is the UK and other EC countries, with exceptions.
I am familiar with aspects of import/export control, end-use statements and shipping options, in the unlikelihood of there being problems in any of these areas, I would be happy to assist in any way I can.
